Announcing our 2013-2014 Season

Ensign Symphony & Chorus is pleased to welcome Jenny Oaks Baker to Seattle in October 2013 for her combined concert with the Ensign Symphony.  This will be our kick off gala concert with the Ensign Symphony and promises to be a spectacular show.  You won't want to miss it!  This concert and our Christmas Concert are confirmed for Benaroya Hall.  Location for 2014 concerts still TBD.

Other concerts in our 2013-2014 season include the best Christmas concert you'll see and hear in the Puget Sound this year.  You'll enjoy traditional Christmas carols, inspirational new Christmas tunes, and you're guaranteed to walk out with the Christmas spirit.

In early March, the Ensign Symphony will hold its 2nd orchestra concert of the season.  The Symphony will perform from some of the great masterworks of orchestra literature and will also play newly commissioned arrangements of LDS music.

Early May the Ensign Symphony and Chorus join forces again for their annual "Classical concert" to perform Visions of Eternity by Crawford Gates.  This magnificent piece brings to life the text found in the LDS scripture Doctrine & Covenants Section 76.

Finally, in early July the Ensign Symphony and Chorus complete their season with a tribute to Independence Day and Pioneer Day.  We'd love to perform at one of the local fireworks celebrations in the future so if you've got any connections that can help us, please let us know at pr@SeattleEnsign.org.

We hope to see you at our concerts and hope you'll consider auditioning if you're looking for a professional quality musical experience where you also get to uplift and bless the lives of every audience member through your testimony.
